1.11 Guarantee
Every defects of the good stated after the delivery must be notified in writing not later
than and within 8 days after discovery of the same, encompassing the shipment
documents and a detailed description of the defect(s) involved. In case of hidden
failure, such notification must also be filed within eight days after discovery of the same,
and within one year of receiving the goods. Weidmüller shall not be held liable for any
defects not reported within the stated deadline. Guarantee does not cover defects or
damages caused by evident careless, misuse, wrong maintenance or repairs effected
by non-authorized centers or with non-original spares. In case of repairs the warranty is
extended on the replaced parts (not on entire tool).
