Introduction
CAUTION
During work performed at heights the tool must be adequately protected
from falling.
Before using the equipment, it is necessary to perform a visual inspection
to ascertain the condition of the battery powered crimping tool. The
equipment may not be used if it has been damaged.
Reverse movement is activated exclusively with the relative key. The
mechanical release lever located on the equipment must be used in
emergency situations.
Do not open the machine! All guarantee rights are forfeited if the seal is
damaged.
If the service light turns on the machine must be sent to the manufacturer.
The customer is not authorised to perform maintenance, as this would
entail loss of guarantee and can cause situation of danger.
The typical A-weighted noise level can exceed 70dB (A) during the
working process. - wear ear protection.
The equipment is connected to purely mechanical danger points. These
danger points occur exclusively on the crimping head.
The equipment may be operated only with the original Weidmüller power
packs.
The equipment must not be operated in explosive atmospheres.
Complete shutdown of the equipment takes place exclusively upon
removal of the battery.
If oil leaks from the crimping tool, it must be sent to the Weidmüller
customer service department.
The crimping tool must not be operated in case of heavy rain or
underwater.
Hydraulic oils are dangerous for ground water. Uncontrolled loss or
disposal of hydraulic oils not in conformity with norms may be persecuted
under country-specific environmental protection laws.
