Remove the hexagon bolt 3, separate the thermostat 10 and water pipe 4.

8.6.4 Assembling Steps of the thermostat

Before assembly, first, check the clamp, rubber tube clamp, rubber tube, thermostat,

thermostat head, and make sure there is no defect or damage on manufacturing or use.

Clean up the water outlet pipe and water pump water outlet pipe, and make sure no foreign

matter comes into them.

The assembly should be conducted in the reverse order of disassembly. Parameter table of

thermostat opening temperature

8.6.5 Inspection and Maintenance

Check if there is failure or any other damage of the four clamps. If there is, it is necessary to

replace with intact clamps.

Check if there is crack or any other damage of coolant-connecting rubber tubes. If there is, it is

necessary to replace with intact coolant-connecting rubber tubes.

Check if there is crack or any other damage of thermostat. If there is, it is necessary to replace

with intact thermostat.
