Maintenance Manual for WD615 Series EuroⅡDiesel Engine

27mm 开口扳手

Tool：27mm open-ended
wrench
安装新的限压阀，拧入
前需在螺纹部位涂乐泰242
密封胶。

Install new release valve，

coat the thread with LOCTITE
242 THREADLOCKER before
tightening．
安装新的限压阀时应搬
动阀体六方的外螺纹端部
分。

When installing new

release valve，move the male
end of hexagonal part on valve
body．

13mm开口扳手

Tool:13mm open-ended

wrench
安装油底壳，拧紧M8六
角头螺栓。

Install oil pan and tighten

the M8 hex head bolts．

注意：压好油底壳密封
垫圈
