• Water above the max level and pouring water into the steam outlet.

If Weewell warranty is not valid, you will be charged a fee for maintenance and repairs.
Maintenance, Cleaning and Storage
It is recommended to clean the device once a week in order to maintain the device's lifetime and
performance. It should not be kept in the unit with water when not in use.
• Turn off the device and keep it in the off position.
• Wipe the outer surface and base with a damp soft cloth and dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners and hard
brushes to prevent scratches and never wash them in the dishwasher.
• Make sure to clean and store the unit during the period when it will not be used. Otherwise, the resulting
limescale will corrode the generator and cause it to malfunction when not in use.
Cleaning the Steam Generator and inside the unit;
For cleaning the white ring-shaped steam generator inside the unit, pour two tablespoons of lemon salt,
white vinegar or citric acid onto the usable generator. Pour a glass of water, not boiling but not warm,
over the generator.
Clean the surface and its surroundings with a soft brush ( eg toothbrush).
While pouring the water inside, pour the water in the fan outlet in the opposite direction and dry it with a
dry cloth. If the calcification formation has not decreased, apply the same process again.
Cleaning the water tank
Never use hot water or chemicals for cleaning the water tank. Add half a tea glass of white vinegar and a
glass of water into the reservoir. Shake it by holding it firmly with both hands. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly
with water and make sure there is no odor.
Filter Cleaning
You can clean your filter after keeping it in salt water or carbonated cold water for 24 hours and rinsing it
thoroughly. You can apply this process once a year when it is going to be retired.
STORAGE
If it will not be used for a long time, do not keep it in water. Clean the product according to the Cleaning
procedure and dry thoroughly. If possible, store it in its original packaging at room temperature, in
humidity and sunlight.
HANDLING AND SHIPPING
You have to be extremely careful while transporting and transporting the products. Damages that may
occur as a result of falling and impact will definitely be considered outside the scope of warranty. For the
transportation of the products to the technical service, you must pack them in a solid and unbreakable
way.
Google Home/ Assistant compatible devices , configure it with the “ Google Home/ Assistant ” application
or download it to your phone.
• You can personalize your device and change the device name when you complete the setup with your
Tuya application account. Tap the device in the app to rename your device for more convenient voice
commands, for example “Humidifying Living Room” or give it a name, for example “WHC752R”. Training
your
voice assistant
– Voice Matching- Teach your assistant to recognize your voice. It 's not training
him to understand English , it 's training him to recognize your voice as your own. You can do this by
going to the Settings menu in the voice assistant app on your mobile device.
INFORMATION ON USAGE ERRORS AND WARRANTY COVERAGE
All of our products go through multiple inspections during their design, production and stages. However,
your guarantee of not paying any fee is valid for 2 years, even for the slightest problem arising from
production.
Weewell warranty valid?
All weewell products you have purchased are tested many times during production and subsequent
stages. Products that do not pass these tests can never be offered for sale. Although the Weewell
warranty is very comprehensive, it is not valid in some cases. However, in these cases, we have support
you after the examination made in our service or assembly faults within the warranty period ; No fee will
be charged from you under the name of repair parts or any other process.
Weewell warranty expires in the following cases.
• Maintenance and interventions made to the product other than authorized services.
• Surge voltage drop or rise in the city networ
• Aromatic and essential oils added to the water tank and the unit.
• Adding hot and boiling water to the water tank and unit
• Moving the product to a different location when there is water in it.
