9. BS1806-014 O’ ring port valve (port code A)
a. The BS1806-014 O’ ring port valve (port code A) has an arrangement of counter-bores
that are equi-spaced on a PCD of 25.4mm (1.00”). This is to take the supplied BS1806-
014 O rings.
b. The valve can be a standard or panel mount type.
c. Use the 014 O’ ring port Template below to establish the installation details.
d. If the panel mount option has been selected use the Standard/Panel Mount Template in
conjunction with the 014 O’ ring port Template.
e. Fit the 4 off supplied BS1806-014 O’ rings into the counter-bores.
f. Tighten four off 5/16”-18 UNC bolts (not supplied) from the manifold into the valve.
g. They must be torqued 23 Nm (17 ftlb) with a 13mm (1/2”) Socket.
10. Manifold mount BS1806-014 ‘O’ ring port valve (port code C)
a. The manifold mount BS1806-014 ‘O’ ring port valve (port code C) has the same
arrangement of counter-bores as port code A. However the valve is mounted using four
off 5/16”-18 UNC x 3 1/2” long bolts (provided).
b. The pre-assembled bolts/nuts/washers prevent contamination ingress into the internal
mechanisms of the valve.
c. Once the nuts & washers have been removed great care must be taken to prevent
contamination.
d. The nuts and washers should be discarded.
e. Fit the 4 off supplied BS1806-014 O’ rings into the counter-bores.
f. Tighten the bolts into the manifold.
g. They must be torqued 23 Nm (17 ftlb) with a 13mm (1/2”) Socket.

x 4 Posn’s Equi-spaced on pitch circle diameter 67.3 (2.65”)
Manifold Holes: Ø8.0 (0.31”) x 4 Posn’s Equi-spaced on
pitch circle diameter 25.4 (1.00”)
