21. Connect the 3/4” supply hose and the 5/8”
return hose to the double tee assembly (13,
14). Route all hoses in a way that keeps them
clear of any moving parts and protects from
abrasion (44, 45).
A/C Hoses
NOTE: Lubricate o-rings and fittings with
PAG oil during assembly.
NOTE:The hoses and wiring are not shown
for clarity of orientation.
22. Using the #6 and #10 A/C fittings (7, 8), trim
the A/C hoses to length and connect them to
the Ibiza unit (1, 12, 3).
NOTE:The Ibiza unit is shown with heater
and A/C hoses connected for clarity.
23. Route the A/C hoses along the chassis (44,
45, 42, 17), through the hole drilled in the
chassis, and under the vehicle.
