3. Vehicle and Kit Preparation
-
Disconnect the battery. Refer to the manufacturer’s instructions.
-
Discharge and evacuate the vehicle’s air conditioning system. Refer to the manufacturer’s instructions.
-
Drain the vehicle’s coolant system. Refer to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Remove the following interior components:
o
Driver’s side step-well trim, Headliners (if equipped), Remove and discard the overhead brace below
the package tray (if equipped), Driver’s side lower B-pillar trim

KIT PREPARATION
NOTE: Some pre-production parts are
pictured in this document. This does
not impact the function.
NOTE: For clarity, not all bolts and
washers are shown.
1. Remove the eight bolts from the
side of the London unit and install
the brackets. Re-using the bolts
that were removed, install a
washer (11) between each bolt
and the bracket (40), and two
washers between the bracket and
the London HVAC unit (1).
NOTE: Avoid the blower housings
when securing the bracket to the
blower assembly.
2. Using two self-taping screws (8),
install the rear support bracket
(41) to the London unit in the area
indicated in green.
