In the life raft
Most life rafts offer the possibility to fix the
easyRESCUE-PRO at a position which is 1
meter or more above the sea level. To do so,
the wall bracket, a cord or the Weatherdock
neoprene bag (available as accessory) can be
used.
Some life rafts carry a rod as accessory. This
rod can be used for the same purpose.
An increased height is always raising the
radio range.

LED is flashing in
TEST mode, but the

GPS
”
LED has not started flashing
even after 5 minutes.
No GPS reception
The easyRESCUE-PRO needs
a GPS signal to perform this
test. Indoor or under deck
GPS cannot be received or
only with fair results. There-
fore, please perform the test
outdoors. If the same error
occurs again, please return
the device to your dealer.
The device cannot be turned
on.
Battery voltage is not suffi-
cient
The battery is designed for a
5 years service interval, with
multiple functional tests and
sufficient time to perform
the necessary programming.
After this period the device
must be returned to the
dealer for battery replace-
ment. Only the dealer is
authorised and capable to
do this.
