5. Place the ESV in the form work for the concrete
pad, ensuring orientation, position and levels are
correct. Ensure all openings on the ESV are blanked
off, including the mounting plate hole.
6. Fit the nominated bolts through the mounting
plate. Ensure several threads feed through the plate
and tape off top and bottom. The bolts are inserted
to protect the threads off the plate and need to be
removed for fitting installation after setting the ESV.

6. Pour concrete to desired level depending on
requirement of soil, paver or concrete. Ensure that
for any installation the mounting plate must be flush
or higher than the surrounding surface level.
4. After the concrete has cured for the specified time,
remove the blanking and the bolts. Install the fitting
(as per luminaire instructions) onto the mounting
flange.
