If the update was successful, the system restarts using the new version, in this case
v1.16:
If the update failed, the system restarts with the existing version v1.03.
If there is a problem, it is always possible to restore the “factory” version as follows:
1.
Check that the microSD card is in its slot (the card itself is required, but no other
special files are required).
2.
Hold the 3 , and keys simultaneously and power up the system.
Caution: wait until the factory reset has started before releasing the keys.
Following an update, the program file should ideally be removed from the SD card.
Manual Adjustment of the mixed water temperature
(in the event of power failure)
This function is used to manually set the required temperature in the event of a power
failure.
Remove the electric actuator, disconnect probe C (red) from the actuator and replace the
white cap (included with the e-Cartridge) on the e-Cartridge rod so the water tempera-
ture can be adjusted as required.
Note that even without electrical power, the e-ULTRAMIX
®
thermostat system continues
to mix the water to the set temperature.
Replacing the e-Cartridge
Opening the mixing valve:
- Close the cold water, hot water and mixed water valves.
- Remove the actuator and the mixed water probe from the e-Cartridge.
- Remove the e-Cartridge.
Replacing the e-Cartridge:
- Fit the new e-Cartridge.
- Fit the temperature probe to the new e-Cartridge.
To enable automatic notification of the next scheduled replacement, remember to reset
the alert
(see Settings menu “Cartridge alert")
