Adjust the Operating Voltage

Step Action Information
1 Identify the correct tap position on
the terminal block. See Figure C:3. and Figure C:4.
The correct tap position is the one
with the closest value to the
measured voltage.
For example
•
if you measure 217 VAC,
then select the 220 tap.
• if you measure 238 VAC, then
select the 242 tap.
2 Identify the non-fixed end of the
brown wire. The correct tap may
already be selected. If the correct
tap is not selected, then continue
to the next step. See Figure C:3. and Figure C:4.
3 Press the white peg on the
currently used tap-location and
release the brown wire. See Figure C:3.
This action opens the terminal
jaws.
4 Press the white peg on the
selected tap-location.
5 Insert the bare end of the brown
wire into the open terminal.
6 Release the white peg. This action closes the terminal
jaws.
7 Make sure the brown wire is held
correctly.
8 Replace the voltage warning label
above the mains-power inlet
connector with the correct voltage-
label from the supplied sheet of
voltage labels. See Figure C:1.
9 Fit the cover to the P2TT auxiliary
transformer.
Step Action Information
1 Put the P2TT auxiliary transformer
on the floor to the rear of the
bridge cover of the BLM.
2 Connect the male end of the
transformer connection cable to
the mains-power output connector
on the P2TT auxiliary transformer. See  , Figure C:5.
3 Connect the mains-power cable
supplied with the P2T to the
mains-power input connector of
the P2TT auxiliary transformer. See  , Figure C:5.



