Installation instructions for Pressure
Relief
Valve (PRV110).
Step 2- Installing PRV100

Install drain clamp at a point on the waste pipe where there is
the least risk of back flow.

Attach adhesive foam tab (supplied) to inside of drain clamp at
water outlet hole. This creates a seal to the drain pipe.

Attach the drain clamp to waste pipe ensuring it is firm but not
too tight.

Place the drill through the brass nipple and drill a 1/16” diameter
hole through one wall of the waste pipe ensuring the clamp
remains aligned with the hole in the waste pipe.

Fit the
Push Fit
‘T’ in the tube between the filter and the chiller.

Insert the PRV110 into the ‘T’.

Connect the PRV110 to the drain clamp with the correct rated
tube.
Refer to schematic for guidance.
Installing the Chiller:
Place the chiller unit into the cupboard as close to the proposed outlet tap as is
possible to minimise the length of tubing exposed between the unit and the outlet
tap.
Allow at least 50 mm around the chiller unit to permit free airflow. Both the top and
the front of the chiller must remain accessible for servicing purposes.
Do not position the IC8 on its side or upside down. Quick connect fitting
must face
upwards
NOTE:
If installing a filter in conjunction with this chiller, refer to filter instructions.
Installation must be carried out by a licensed plumber in accordance with local by-
laws/plumbing codes. Failure to install all parts correctly may result in voiding
warranty.

Please read all installation requirements, installation procedures and precautions
before installing IC8. It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure that the installation
complies with appropriate plumbing codes. Failure to comply to these directives can
void warranty,
This appliance must be earthed. If the power supply cord is damaged it must be
replaced by a Waterworks Service provider or a qualified electrician.
Do not remove the cover of the appliance under any circumstances without first
isolating the appliance from the power supply.
