Connecting the Hydraulic Reservoir Sensors, Suction Strainer, and Hydraulic Pump

Use the illustration and instructions to connect the
hydraulic reservoir sensors, reservoir sensor, and
the hydraulic pump to the control box.
1 Assemble the filter head, filter, and oil-life
indicator. Locally source an appropriate size
and length of pipe to install the filter to the
hydraulic reservoir and connect the hydraulic
hoses. Refer to: "Hydraulic Hoses—
Overview" on page 97 .
2 Install the temperature sensor into the
accessory ports and connect it to the PDM
control box—the ATF temperature connection.
Note: Use additional M12 cable extensions if
necessary.
3 Install reservoir level sensor into the reservoir
and connect it to the PDM control box—AFT
tank level connection.
Note: Use additional M12 cable extensions if
necessary.
4 Install the suction strainer to the reservoir and
connect the hydraulic hoses. Refer to:
"Hydraulic Hoses—Overview" on page 97
.
5 Install the concentrate pump into the apparatus
and connect the hydraulic hoses. Refer to:
"Hydraulic Hoses—Overview" on page 97 .
Use the concentrate pump cable to connect the
pump to the PDM control box—the hydraulic
control connection.
Note: Use additional M12 cable extensions if
necessary.
