For safety reasons, the pressure setting is limited to max. 3 bar (at 20 ° C).
Attention : When working above 100°C, the pressure can increase by approx. 3
bar.
Note : Hence the unit should be filled only with water and should be pre-heated to
the desired working temperature, before the actual work process.
To do this, select the preheating temperature and pressure accordingly.
4 Responsibility for Operation or Damage
The responsibility for operating the unit lies exclusively with the owner or user if said unit is
incorrectly serviced, maintained or altered by persons not employed by an authorised
dealer or if the unit is used in a manner contrary to its specified purpose.
The unit has to be maintained and operated in accordance with this user manual.

nonobservance of these instructions.
Warranty and responsibility provisions contained in the sales and supply conditions of
Wassermann Dental-Maschinen GmbH are not extended by these instructions.
5 Application
The Polyquick 160-T120 is a pressure polymerisation unit for hot and cold polymerisation
of plastics. This automat is designed for polymerisation of up to 3 flasks in flask holder or 2
cast resin flasks or rebasing frames or 6 orthodontic regulatings at one time. It can be set
to a maximum temperature of 120 °C and the polymerisation pressure can be adjusted to
a maximum of 4.5 bar.
In automatic mode, the polymerisation time can be preselected up to 99 hours. A touch
screen and the newly developed control panel allow the user to set the relevant
parameters quickly and easily using self-explanatory symbols.
The Polyquick 160-T120 can also be used as a pressure compactor without heating.
Only use the unit for this type of application.
