Warranty Details
The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and motherboard for a period
of 12 months from the date of purchase. The LCD display is a consumable part with minimum
working hours of 1200 hours. You may need to purchase and replace the LCD display after 1200
hours of use. Printing with materials other than WANHAO resin which are different from those
recommended our the website www.wanhao3dprinter.com, may result in damage of the printer or
inferior printing quality. Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care,
will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at WANHAO’s discretion. The benefits conferred by this
warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in respect of the product that the consumer has
under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. In case you purchase from WANHAO distributor,
your warranty shall be covered by the distributor’s warranty and honored by WANHAO distributor
as well. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Chinese Consumer
Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any
other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major
failure.
