Unfortunately there are occasional faulty parts or components in the product that need

to be changed or returned to the supplier for repair.

If at any time you are unsatisfied with how your repair is handled, you may escalate your

Please be aware that if your product retains user-generated data, (for example files stored

on a hard drive, telephone numbers stored on a mobile phone, songs stored on a portable

media player), some or all of your stored data may be lost during the repair process.

We recommend saving your data elsewhere before sending our the product for repair.

Please be aware that we may replace your printer with a refurbished printer of the same

model or use refurbished parts in the repair process.

Please be assured refurbished parts or replacements will only be used when they meet

WANHAO’s stringent quality specifications.
