4.2 Mode LAN-Modem <> Virtueller Modemport
If one side of the connection is a Windows application, then on
this side it is possible to use a virtual modem port of the W&T
COM Port Redirector. This emulates a local COM port including
a connected LAN-Modem. In other words, just as with a
hardware LAN-Modem the AT command set described in the
following section can be used for control and monitoring the
connection.

function of the W&T COM Port Redirector and modem
ports. Additional information on all configuration options for the
W&T COM Port Redirector can be found in the online help.
