3.6. CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Unlike with liquid and gas fuels, solid fuels always generate ash and soot. The quality of
combustion and handling comfort of pellet boilers are far better than those of similar boilers
operated with shredded wood, yet the burning pan is to be cleaned (by the operator) with
shorter intervals, while maintenance and checking become necessary less frequently in order
to remove soot and ash from the equipment. If it is not performed, the boiler may malfunction,
foe which we cannot assume liability. Regular care, cleaning and maintenance help to preserve
the efficiency of your equipment, as soot is an excellent insulating agent, and therefore it
considerably reduces heat dissipation and effectiveness, while unnecessary emissions to the
environment can also be avoided. Cleaning interval: the combustions chamber has to be
inspected visually, and manually cleaned as necessary.
Maintenance interval: Use of 1500 kg of pellet (featuring 0.25% ash content). See also Section
3.5 and 8 of these instructions.

230 V AC / 50 Hz (allowable range of fluctuation: 195–255 V).

Immediately after the commissioning of the equipment, from the rating table record the
manufacturing number of the boiler, and keep the invoice.
In guarantee-related cases or for
subsequent parts supply, the article number and manufacturing number of the boiler are
always needed
so that the suitable spare parts can be delivered to you. Without knowing the
manufacturing number and the date of purchasing, we cannot accept guarantee-based
performance, and the option of defective supply cannot be excluded, either. All the documents
provided with the equipment shall be kept carefully, as it promotes the work of customer
services when required, and facilitates the situation of the future owner of the equipment.
