Warranty Certificate
The warranty period runs for 3 years beginning on the day of purchase. Please retain your receipt as proof
of purchase. The guarantee period can only be extended for the duration of any repair required.
During the warranty period defective tools can either be returned to the place of purchase for refund or
replacement or sent FREIGHT PREPAID to the service address stated at the end of this booklet.
We will, at our discretion either repair or exchange the tool in accordance with warranty legislation.
If the original receipt is not enclosed the repair will be charged for in all cases.
After the warranty has expired you can still send defective tools for repairs FREIGHT PREPAID to the ad-
dress stated below.
Quotes as well as repairs after the warranty period are to be paid for in all cases.
In order to process your request easily and efficiently, we ask you to send your request, if possible, by
email, stating your phone number (where you can be reached during the office hours) and the item number
of your device.
Ensure the product is sent well packed and include a short description of the problem if possible. Do not
forget to include your address and a daytime telephone number.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
