9. Troubleshooting
Problem

Unit is switched on,
but shows no
function
Mains cable is not plugged in
or not plugged in correctly.
Connect the mains cable and
plugged in correctly.
Luminaire is not
switched on.
Switch on the lamp with the
ON/OFF switch.
Lamps
Do not light up
The lamp is switched off.
Switch on the lamp, see
Screw the lamp in, unscrew it.
The lamp is not completely
screwed into the socket.
Screw the lamp completely into the
socket.
Illuminant is
defective.
Replace the bulb, see Screw in the
bulb, unscrew.
Remote control
doesn’t work
No batteries inserted.
Insert batteries or rechargeable
batteries.
Batteries empty.
Insert sufficiently charged batteries
or rechargeable batteries.
Luminaire switched off by
mains switch.
Switch on the light.
Incorrect channel selection. Make correct channel selection.
Unit is defective.
Please contact our service.
Repairs may only be carried out by
a qualified electrician.
