START A CYCLE
: To start a cycle, insert the food core probes into the product. The
controller starts to measure the food
temperature. If even one of the four food
core probes detect a temperature higher
than 75°F for longer than 45”, then the
controller starts the cycle. On

appears on the screen

The cycle is diveded into 4 steps: the controller counts the time of each probe to reach the first
step (from the starting temperature to 135°F), the second step (from 135°F to 70°F) and the
third step (from 70°F to 37°F) report it into each assigned tabs
HACCP records of the divice.
When a food core probe reaches the
temperature of 37°C, a flag
appears in correpondence of the probe’s
line and the controller starts buzzing. When
all the four food probes have reached 37°
the controller switches into storage mode
with a set point temperature of
