3.   OPERATION 

All the functions of the blast chiller model GBF
follow are being preset as described in the following 

 

 

START  UP:

 

To  start,  press  and  hold  the 

power  button  on  the  “Stand-
the Status bar is full and the message “Please 
Wait” appears on the screen. 

  At the start up the controller ask for a Screen 

calibration. Screen calibration starts in the 
upper left and ends bottom right corner.
Press each crosshair starting in the upper 
left, then the top right, lower left, and finishing 
in the lower right

If you missed calibration, 

press the yellow burst to begin calibration

  Press  the  clock  icon  mark  on  the  main 

screen  in  order  to  set  the  current  date  and 
time:  On  the  “Date/Hour”  screen,  use  the 
up/down  arrows  to  set  the  current  date, 
hour,  and  minute.  It  is  critical  to  set  this 
correctly. Once the date and time has been 
set, press the icon on the right of the screen
