If the device should ever be damaged or faulty, or if you notice
a scorching smell:

Immediately disconnect the power supply by pulling
out the mains plug or taking off the battery, and do not
put the device back into operation.

Do not open the device.
o
Never repair the device yourself. Only have the device
repaired by a qualified electrician.
CAUTION
Risk of electric shock, risk of burns
Note that the device is still connected to the mains voltage
even when it is switched off. The device is only truly voltage-
free when you disconnect it from the power supply by pulling
out the mains plug and by removing the battery.
Before carrying out any assembly or maintenance work, switch
off the device and disconnect the power supply by pulling out
the mains plug.
CAUTION
Danger of burns on hot parts of the unit
The illuminants can heat up to 60° C, the control panel up to
47° C.
