Assembly
Step 1
Rear axle assembly
1. Turn the Base (1) upside down.
2. Place the Rear axle support (8) on the Base (1). Align the holes in the rear axle sup-
port (8) with the holes at the rear of the base (1)..
Insert an M8 x18 bolt (16) from under the cart and through the aligned
holes.
Attach an M8 washer (16) and an M8 (16) nut to the ends of each bolt
3. Insert the end of the left rear axle brace (9) onto the left side of the rear axle sup-
port (8) with the welded spacer bushings facing outward. Repeat this step for the
right side.
4. Align the holes on the flat ends of the left rear axle braces (9) with the holes on the
Base (1). Insert an M8x18 bolts (16) from under the base and into the aligned holes.
Attach an M8 washer (16) and an M8 nut (16) to the ends of each bolt.
