2.1.1.2 Description
The AS-Interface module 751-3002 is an economical solution for a fieldbus-
independent and flexible connection of sensors from the field and the control
cabinet. The module is in accordance with AS-Interface specification V.3.0.
The module works in extended address area and can be set to one of 62
addresses ranging from 1A ... 31A resp. 1B … 31B.
The voltage for the sensors is supplied via the AS-Interface cable and is short
circuit protected.
The AS-Interface module 751-3002 provides 4 digital 24 V inputs.
The sensors are connected using M12x1 round plugs. The AS-Interface cable
can be connected directly.
LEDs indicate the status of inputs, the AS-Interface supply as well as a short
circuit or overload condition.
