10.2.4.2.1 Logger Script FW 2.33 (Counter Inputs)
The counter inputs have resulted in counter data and an indicator being added to
the display for non-set time (operating hours) to the logger script ("LV=02.01").

Counter value has been changed.
The counter status shows the last change that has occurred since the last logger
script transmission, or after a system start (independent of the SMS and value
status).
&HT=1: (value always 1) the device time has not been set (&TI entry is operating
hours information, started on 01.01.00 at 00:00:00), otherwise this entry is not
present.
