Clean the mixer thoroughly especially in the small gaps

damage the special coating of the container.

Clean the outside of the spray gun and container with a

cloth soaked in solvent or water.
Wipe the underside of the container thoroughly, as
remains of the paint can interfere with the func-
tionality of the device.
Important: The contact points on the underside of
the container must be able to move freely
IMPortAnt! the seal ring in the container is
only partially solvent-proof.
do not leave solvents in the container for
longer periods.
21. Remove the adjusting ring (fig. 16,1) carefully from
the union nut (2). Unscrew union nut (2), remove
air cap (3), nozzle (4) and nozzle seal (5).
Thoroughly clean all parts.
IMPortAnt! never clean seals, diaphragm and
nozzle or air holes of the spray gun with metal
objects.
the ventilation hose and diaphragm are only
solvent-resistant to a limited extent. do not
immerse in solvent, only wipe.
Take special care when cleaning the interstices on
the needle (Fig. 17)
If necessary, remove the cover on the heating station by

unscrewing the two screws (fig. 15).
Wipe off the cover and heating station thoroughly to remove

all remains of paint.
If necessary, wipe the control panel with a damp cloth.

Assemble the parts again (see “Assembly”).

Place the cover back on the heating station and screw into

position. When the cover is not in place, the heating and
cleaning functions cannot be executed.

IMPortAnt! Always clean containers when
work is over, as dried leftover paint can glue up
the mixer.

Turn the machine off.

Divide the spray gun.

Press catch (Fig. 3, A) down slightly.
Twist spray attachment and gun handle towards each
other.
AttentIon! electrical contacts in gun
handle. never hold the gun handle under
water or immerse it into liquids.
clean the housing only with a moistened
cloth.
Unscrew the container.

Empty the remaining coating material into the original
container.
Pour solvent or water into the container. Screw the

container back on.
do not use flammable materials for cleaning
purposes.
Warning: risk of injury from mixer! the
heating and cleaning procedures may
only be carried out when the container is
closed.
5. Place the spray attachment (without mounted gun handle)
on the heating station.
AttentIon! risk of explosion!
never start the heating function („heat“
button) if a container filled with solvent is
on the heating station.
6. Press the “Clean” button to start the cleaning process (takes
90 seconds).
Remove the spray attachment from the heating station.

Connect spray attachment and gun handle. (Fig. 3)

9. Spray the solvent or water into a container or a cloth.
If necessary change the water or solvent and repeat the
cleaning process.
10. Switch off the device at the main switch and disconnect
the plug.
Divide the spray gun.

12. Screw off the container and empty it.
Unscrew feed tube with container seal.
