GENERAL RULES FOR MAKING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE SPRAY GUN

Unintentional putting into operation! 

Risk of injury

Before all work on the unit, in the event of work interruptions and  
functional faults: 

œ

Switch off the energy/compressed air supply. 

œ

Relieve the pressure from the spray gun and unit. 

œ

Secure the spray gun against actuation. 

œ

By functional faults:  Identify and correct the problem, proceed  
as described in chap „Trouble shooting“. 

Note

:

In order to avoid electrical discharges, 
a distance of 100 mm; 4 inches must be 
maintained from the work piece and 
other earthed objects during the spray 
process.
