LTS Safety Information

Only authorized and trained personnel is allowed to perform the machine
maintenance. Please read the operator's manual and maintenance manual
before using or servicing the machine.

HIGH VOLTAGE! This equipment utilizes high-voltage circuits. Always exercise
extreme caution when troubleshooting or repairing any electrical circuit.

Disconnect electrical power and turn off engine before removing protective
covers on high voltage electrical closures.

Never allow water to accumulate at the base of the machine. If water is present,
do not service!

Do not service electrical components if your clothing or skin is wet.

If the unit is stored outside, check the engine and generator for any moisture. If
wet, dry the unit thoroughly before starting.

Never wash the unit with a high-pressure hose or with any kind of power
washer.

Ensure to always relieve pressure before servicing any pressurized system.

Be aware of hot exhaust pipes and engine.

Before servicing the Light Tower, make sure the engine start switch is turned to
the OFF position, the circuit breakers are open (off), and the negative terminal
on battery is disconnected. Do not perform even routine service (oil/filter
changes, cleaning, etc.) unless all electrical components are shut down.

Always turn off light circuit breakers and shut down engine before disconnecting
light fixtures or changing light bulbs.
Machine
modifications
When servicing or maintaining the machine:

Use only accessories/attachments that are approved by Wacker Neuson.

Do not defeat safety devices.

Do not modify the machine without the express written approval of Wacker
Neuson.
Replacing
parts and
labels

Replace worn or damaged components.

Replace all missing and hard-to-read labels.

When replacing electrical components, use components that are identical in
rating and performance to the original components.

When replacement parts are required for this machine, use only Wacker
Neuson replacement parts or those parts equivalent to the original in all types of
specifications, such as physical dimensions, type, strength, and material.
Cleaning
When cleaning and servicing the machine:

Keep machine clean and free of debris such as leaves, paper, cartons, etc.

Keep labels legible.

Clean with soapy water only.
When cleaning the machine:

Do not clean the machine while it is running.

Never use gasoline or other types of fuels or flammable solvents to clean the
machine. Fumes from fuels and solvents can become explosive.
