The new Wachs TSE 1.0 is a light-
weight, hand held, portable tool for
precision cutting of square, burr-free
faces on tubing from 1/8” through 1”
O.D.
Featuring a unique hand twist
clamping system, utilizing spring
loaded plastic Delrin collets which
grip the tube firmly yet do not marr
the tubing wall!
The TSE 1.0 utilizes a trigger acti-
vated variable speed electric mo-
tor. The cutting tool is conveniently
infed by rotsting the cutter spindle
knob. It is equipped with an infeed
“Micrometer” index gauge for pre-
cise machining operations, giving
the operator excellent control when
material removal is critical to main-
tain tubing lengths.
The TSE 1.0 offers fast production
operation plus easy handling, im-
proved finishes and consistent cuts.
It’s ideal for contractors, fabricators
and maintenance departments, es-
pecially where automatic welding is
employed.
