E . TFS Drive Motors
1. Motors for TFS: Milwaukee and Metabo. Milwaukee has
variable speed trigger. The Metabo has variable speed
trigger with lock on, dial speed control; electronic load
sensing.
F . Machining Instructions
1. Begin rotation. Squeeze trigger to obtain desired speed.
2. Feed system operated by rotating feed knob. (Figure 7)
Index marks on feed knob tell how much tool has advanced.
C. Tube & Pipe Clamping
1. Place work into vise. ( Do not damage tool bit if it is installed.)
2. Using clamping handle, (rotate clockwise) to tension work
piece. (Figure 5)
3. Remove work from machine. Rotate clamping handle
counter clockwise.
D. Tool Bit Installation
1. Place tool bit into tool disc slot. Position for work diameter
(Figure 6).
2. Tension screws with 1/8" Allen key.
