A. Head and Tool Disc Selection & Mounting
1. Select size of head and disc.
Small Head Large Head
½" to 2½" 2-7/8" to 4½"
2. Clean and inspect mounting areas on head and rim for
debris or damage.
3. Slide head over drive, position head over indexing pin.
Tension bolt with hand tool (Figure 1).
NOTE: 3 mounting locations of head to allow set up as either right
hand, left hand or overhead viewing.
4. Place tool disc into drive shaft. Align drive pins; tension
bolt through tool disc with hand tool ( Figure 2).
B. Shoe Selection & Installation
1. Select shoe set by referencing selection chart.
2. Open vise by turning clamping handle (Figure 3).
3. Place jaw halves into vise. Snap over detent pins.
