The GPS signal status is indicated by the
colour of the ICON at the top of the
display.
Green
: position and heading
– no faults
Yellow
: position fix but no heading
– no
faults
Red
: No GPS signal or GPS error
– fault or
no signal
Is the GPS icon Red?
Does the antenna have
an unobstructed view
of the sky?
Is the antenna in good condition?
Are the connectors
securely tightened at the antenna
and the IVU?
Contact an authorized
representative to
inspect the system
No fault detected by
the system. If it is not
functioning correctly,
contact an authorized
representative
Position vehicle to
have a clear view of he
sky and retest
Replace Antenna and
retest
Tighten connectors
