Scope of supply
1x TLB locking piece for mounting to the
left door
1x TLB locking piece for mounting to the
right door
1x door template for the bore holes
6x distance tubes
6x self-locking nut M12 similar to
DIN6923
2x reinforcement/mounting plates
(to be fastened from the inside)
6x threaded rods M12, 115 mm long, VA
Installation
WARNING
Danger of accidents
During assembly there is a risk of accidents due to moving vehicles and vehicle parts.

Secure the vehicle with chocks and fasten moving vehicle parts.
CAUTION
Risk of crushing fingers/hands
During assembly there is a risk of crushing fingers/hands.

Make sure that your fingers are not crushed.
CAUTION
Risk of injury for feet
A lock that falls from height can cause injuries due to its weight.

Wear safety shoes during assembly.
The locking pieces protrude over the rubber door gasket. This must be cut.
WABCO recommends you to additionally secure all threaded rods and screws with LOCTITE (high strength).

– Screw in the punch-marked ends of each threaded rod into the locking pieces
using LOCTITE (high strength).
