1. If you choose the 1min, 5min or 30min mode, the device will vibrate to
remind after finishing the meditation. And if you select the free time mode,
then you need to tap the screen to end the meditation.
2. After the meditation, there will be 60s for relaxing. Click the screen to
check the meditation time and score.
The score ranges from 0 to 100, and the higher the score, the better the
effect.
Meditation test score≥60: means that the effect of meditation is good, your
breathing rhythm is even, and the mental pressure is released.
Meditation test score<60: means that the effect of meditation is not good,
the breathing rhythm is uneven, and the mental pressure has not been fully
released.
1. Wear the device on your wrist correctly and long press the BP icon from
the Health function to access the “BP”. The measuring time is 30s.
2. The measuring result will be displayed on the device after the measure-
ment. Please go to the Zeroner Health Pro app to check the detailed data.
3. Blood pressure calibration: If there is a sphygmomanometer at home,
please use it to measure your blood pressure twice and record the value.
Then go to the app, tap “Device” on the app, select “Blood pressure calibra-
tion”, manually input three sets of data (2 measured from sphygmomanome-
ter, 1 measured from the bracelet). If there is no sphygmomanometer at
home, you can go to the hospital, clinic or pharmacy to get your blood
pressure measured.
3.3 Blood Pressure Trends Monitoring
1. Meditation can help you alleviate chronic pain, reduce stress, improve
sleep quality and stay focused.
2. Wear the device on your wrist correctly and slide up or down from the
home screen to access “Mediate” . Once entered, slide the screen to choose
time mode: Free time, 1min, 5min, 30min. Then long press the time mode
you selected to enter prepare stage and training stage.
3.4 Meditation Training
The device adopts PPG testing records and combines PPG photoelectric
volume pulse wave signal, obtains accurate waveform through high sampling
frequency, then analyzes pulse waveform details and makes corrections to
accurately calculate blood pressure trend.
