Reopen the aperture iris diaphragm.

Reinstall the objective again.

The Iris diaphragm nearest the illuminator house in the vertical
illuminator tube may be closed slightly to enhance contrast. The iris
diaphragm nearest the illuminator house should be centered for
Kohler illumination.

There is a field diaphragm near the trinocular body for Kohler
Illumination.

The Filter wheel contains a green, yellow, blue, and neutral density
filters, as well as a clear opening.

The Polarizing Analyzer is used in
conjunction with the Polarized
filter cube, selected by pushing in
the blue filter rod (Figure 10). The
Analyzer may also be placed over
the lower light source on the base
(Figure 7) and used with the
Polarized filter cube for
transmitted light work.

The white push rod to the upper
left of the trinocular head will
send 100% of the image light to
the binocular eyepieces or to the
top port.
