Remove strap and Adjustable Strap Retainer from the goggles.

Step 2:

Pull the 23mm O-Ring through the right hole of the goggle. Use

the tip of the Grappling Tool to help push the O-ring through and

use the Grappling Tool to grab it from the other end.
