16. Downloading Pictures in Macintosh and linux
Mac OS 10:
Before starting, make sure to put batteries in. If not, open the battery
compartment cover and insert batteries. Make sure to load batteries with +
and – terminals as indicated. Close the battery compartment.

(PC-DISK mode)
• Connect USB Cable with Mac and digital camera. Turn on your camera,
then an ”
Untitled” removable disk icon
should appear.
• Double click the ”
Untitled” removable disk icon and enter into
DCIM
folder
. Inside this folder, you can find another folder labeled
“100PCoach”, double click it and you can find all the photo files in the
camera.
• You can now copy or move photo files to your computer.
RedHat Linux 8.0:
RedHat Linux users can use the following example steps to access camera
images. For detail operation, please refer to RedHat Linux 8.0 User’s Manual.
• To download photos, first slide the Function switch to ► (PC-DISK mode),
then connect USB cable to the Linux machine. At this time, find the
