Oil may be hot.

1.

Turn thermostat off.

2.

Push pilot knob in and turn to OFF.

3.

DRAIN FRYER TANK .

4.

Clean fryer.

5.

Turn off main gas shutoff valve.

Shut off the gas before servicing the
unit and follow lockout / tagout
procedures.
