PROBLEM

and damaged

Replace bumper and

lubricate small piston

Feed hook is binding

Clean feed hook and torsion

spring

Nail length does not correspond

with height setting on lower

magazine

Adjust magazine height

adjusting knob on the lower

magazine

Weld-wires in nail coil broken

Discard coil

Runs slowly or

has power loss

Tool dry, lack of lubrication

Use pneumatic tool oil

Spring in cylinder cap damaged Replace spring in the

cylinder cap

Foreign matter between the

piston assembly and cylinder

Disassemble, clean &

lubricate

Reassemble after

disassembling

O-ring on the valve is dry after

disassembly

Lubricate and reassemble

Air pressure too low

Increase air pressure, but

don’t exceed 120 psi

Inner diameter of hose is too

(3/8” minimum)
