3A. Startup -- Arranging Proper Displays
When you turn on the flat panel and the PC you may find a display other than
The NORMAL videoconferencing mode of PC on the left and Videoconferencing on the
right.
The flat panel will start up in the same mode that it was when it was turned off.
So, if someone was watching TV and then turned off the system, the panel will
return (start up) in TV mode.
The following steps will get you to the NORMAL videoconferencing mode regardless
of the configuration of the panel during startup. As you can see from the table below,
Computer PC on the left corresponds to “HDMI” mode on the left, and Video-
conferencing video on the right corresponds to “VGA” mode on the right

Steps:
A. Toggle the “VIEW” button until you see any side-by-side display
B. With the “SCREEN SELECTOR” push the left arrow to high-
light the left display (a pink border will appear around the left display)
C. Slowly toggle the “SOURCE” button through the possible inputs…
you are looking for “HDMI” on the left.
If you don’t find HDMI on the left, select the right screen using the
“SCREEN SELECTOR” and then toggle through the selections using
the “SOURCE” button until you find “HDMI” on the right screen. Now,
push the “SWAP” button to get the HDMI display on the left side.
D. With HDMI (Computer PC) now on the left, you want “VGA”
on the right side. If the right side isn’t VGA, select the right
side display using the “SCREEN SELECTOR”and toggle
through the possible inputs until you land on “VGA”.
Now you are in NORMAL Videoconferencing
mode. Return to step 3.
