sip_account.x.call_rejection_response_code
Description:
Select the response code for call rejection. This code applies to the
following call rejection cases:
User presses
for an incoming call
DND is enabled
Phone rejects a second incoming call with Call Waiting disabled
Phone rejects an anonymous call with Anonymous Call Rejection
enabled
Phone rejects call when the maximum number of calls is reached

Set the configurable RTP payload type for in-call DTMF.
