Send out instant message
• Press the up or down NavKey or to choose people icon, and press
the center NavKey SEL to select. A list of active (on-line) users will be
displayed.
• Press the up or down NavKey or to choose the username you want
to communicate and press the center NavKey SEL to select. An instant
message box will be displayed.
• Use dial pad to enter message in instant message box. Press 1 to enter a
space, or
the left NavKey to
backspace.
• After you enter the message, press the Send softkey to send out the
message and the sent or received message(s) will be shown below the
instant message box.
• Press the Close softkey to sign out the user.
• Press the Home softkey to return to the main screen of info mode.
Check for received instant message
• Press the up or down NavKey or to choose people icon, and press
the center NavKey SEL to select. A list of active (on-line) users will be
displayed.
• Press the up or down NavKey or to choose the username you want
to check for his or her message and press the Select softkey or the center
NavKey
SEL to select.
• Message(s) will be shown below the instant message box if message(s)
is/are received from the selected user, otherwise, only an instant message
box will be displayed for sending out of message.
• Press the up or down NavKey or to view the message(s).
• Press the Close softkey to sign out the user.
