Audio

Use the Audio menu to pick one of ten ringer tones, turn key tones on and off, or

select the default audio mode.

NOTE

To adjust the ringer volume, press the deskset VOLUME

keys while

the phone is idle.

To use the Audio menu:

• From the User Settings menu, press

Audio

The Audio menu appears.

To select different ringer tones for each line:

1. From the Audio menu, under

Ringer Tone

, select a line for which to select a

ringer tone.

2. Select one of ten ringtones. The currently selected ringtone plays (touch it

once more to stop it playing).

To set the key tone:

• From the Audio menu, under

Key tone

, touch the slider to turn key tones on

or off.

To set the audio mode:

• From the Audio menu, under

Audio Mode

, select the desired audio mode

(Speaker or Headset).

When you answer a call without lifting the handset (by pressing a Line feature

key or

), the call is started or answered using the selected audio mode.
