Troubleshooting
If you have difficulty with the telephones, please try the suggestions below. For customer service,

For cordless telephone

1. The telephone does not work at all.
• Make sure the power adapter is connected
to the telephone base power jack, and
plugged into an electrical outlet that is
not controlled by a wall switch.
• Make sure the telephone line cord is
plugged into the telephone line jack of
the telephone base and the telephone
wall jack.
• Make sure the handset battery is installed
and charged correctly. For optimum daily
performance, return the cordless handset
to the handset charger after use.
• Unplug the telephone line cord from
the telephone wall jack. Wait for
approximately 15 seconds, then plug it
back in.
• Charge the battery in the cordless handset
for up to 11 hours.
• If the battery is completely depleted,
charge the battery for at least 30 minutes
before use.
• Remove the battery and then install it
again. If that still does not work, it may
be necessary to purchase a new battery.
• Disconnect the telephone base from
the telephone wall jack and connect a
working telephone. If the other telephone
does not work, the problem is probably in
the wiring or telephone service. Contact
your telephone service provider (charges
may apply).
