5.3 Accessing the Demo Applications
Note
The SDK directory, which is normally
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VRmagic\VRmUsbCamSDK\
is read-only. We recommend copying the complete directory including subdirecto-
ries to your user directory for testing and development.
Accessing the demo applications under Windows:
1.
Navigate to the folder
your-path-to\VRmUsbCamSDK\demos\
.
2. Open the subdirectory for your development platform.
f All demo applications are located there.
Accessing the demo applications under Linux:
Note
To build the demos, you need the SDL library including the development package
installed on your system (SDL and SDL-devel packages).
1. Change to the demo directory, for example:
cd demos/c++/sdlviewer
.
2. Build the demo by typing
make
.
3. Start the demo by typing
./name_of_executable
.
