APPENDIX 3 : TROUBLESHOOTING

If you have trouble with the video image dropping out on a frequent basis you
should ensure that the operating system is fully up to date. You should then
make sure that the USB3.0 host controller is updated. In most cases this
resolves the issue. However if not please check all connections, change FCC
cable and USB3.0 cable.

Updating the Host Controller Driver

Via control panel open up the device manager and reveal the Universal Serial
Bus controllers.

Locate and select the USB3.0 Host Controller and select the Driver tab :
