6,1 Requirements Before Contacting to Service
If the oven d oe s not operate;
Th e oven m ay be plugged off, th e re has been a blow -out. On m o de ls fitted w ith a
tim er, tim e m ay n ot be regulated.
If the oven d oe s not heat;
T h e h e a t m a y be n o t a d ju s te d w ith o v e n ’s h e a t e r c o n t r o l s w it c h .
Ifth e interior lighting lam p d oe s not light;
The electricity m ust be controlled.
It m ust be controlled w h e th e r the lam ps are d efective. If th e y are defective, you can
change them as follow ing the guide.
Cooking ( if low er-upper part does not co ok equally ) ;
C ontrol the sh e lf locations, cooking period and heat va lu e s according to the manual.
Except these, ifyou still have any problem with your product, please call to the
“Authorized Service”.
6,2 Information Related to Transport
If you need any transport;
Keep the original case o f p roduct and carry it w ith its original case w hen needed to
be carried. Follow the tra nsport signs on case.
Tape th e c o o k e r on u p p e r parts, hats a nd h e a d s a nd sa u ce p a n c a rrie rs to the
cooking panels.
P lace a p aper between the u pper co ve r and cooking panel, co ve r th e u pp e r cover,
then tape it to the side surfaces o f oven.
Tape ca rdboard o r p aper onto the fro n t c o v e r on interio r g la ss o f oven a s it w ill be
su itab le to the tra ys, fo r th e w ire grill and tra y s in y o u r oven n ot to dam a g e to the
o ve n ’s co ver during transport.
A lso tape the o ve n ’s covers to the side w alls.
If it does not have the original case;
Take m easure fo r the external surfaces (glass and painted su rfaces) o f oven against
possible blows.
