6.1. Troubleshooting

After checking these basic trouble shooting, if you have still problem with your
appliance, please contact with an authorised service person or qualified technician.

control knob.
C heck the gas supply and gas pressure.
C heck w he th e r th e re is pow er supplied. Also
check that o ther kitchen appliances are working.
Hob burners does
not light.
Burner cap and crow n are not
assem bled correctly.
S upply gas pressure m ay be improper.
LPG cyclin d e r(if yo u r appliance
w orking w ith LPG cylinder) m ay be
depleted.
P o w er (if the appliance has an electric
co nnection) is turned off.
E nsure the burner parts have been placed
correctly.
C heck the gas supply and gas pressure.
You m ay need replacing LPG cylin d e r w ith new
one.
C heck w he th e r th e re is pow er supplied. Also
check that o ther kitchen appliances are working.
Flam e co lo r is
orange/yellow.
B u rne r cap and crow n are not
assem bled correctly.
D ifferent gas com positions.
E nsure the burner parts have been placed
correctly.
Due to the design o f the burner, the fla m e can
a ppear to be orange/yellow in certain a reas o f the
burner.
If you operate th e appliance w ith natural gas, city
natural gas m ay have diffrent co m positions. Do
not operate the appliance couple o f hours.
B u rne r is not
igniting o r only
partially lighting.
Burner parts m ay not be clean o r dry.
E nsure th a t parts o f the appliance are dry and
clean.

It is natural fo r the burners. The noise m ay reduce
as they heat up.

positioned.
C heck that the recom m ended te m p e ra ture s and
sh elf positions are being used.
Do not fre quently open the doo r unless you are
cooking th ing s that need to be tu rn e d. If you
open the doo r often, the interior te m p e ra ture will
be low er and th is m ay affect the results o f your
cooking.
